These Terms explain the rules for using MINDD2 (“MINDD2”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They are written to be short and readable.
1. USING MINDD2
MINDD2 is a place to share how you think, see how others think, and build connections through shared perspectives. By creating an account or using MINDD2 you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use MINDD2. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use MINDD2.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
A name is optional. Your phone number and email are private account information and are not shown to other users.
3. YOUR CHOICES
When you submit a choice it is locked. It cannot be edited or changed, and the same experience is not offered to you again.
After your choice is locked, MINDD2 may show you how people chose and the people who made the same choice as you. You cannot browse the people behind a choice you did not make.
Another person’s choice stays hidden from you until you have made your own choice for the same experience.
4. CONNECTIONS AND SHARING
Connecting with someone becomes available after you share at least 5 perspectives with them, and only when both of you agree.
You can share an experience after your own choice is locked. What you share never includes your choice; the other person makes theirs first.
Don’t share personal information with people you don’t know.
5. COMMUNITY
Community is one shared wall for you and your established connections. It is not a private messaging service.
Be kind. Do not post abuse, harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, or other people’s private information. We may remove content and pause or end access for accounts that break these rules. You can report or block people at any time.
6. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
Do not misuse MINDD2: no attempts to access other people’s accounts or hidden information, no automated collection of data, no interference with the service, and no use of MINDD2 for anything unlawful.
7. OUR CONTENT
The MINDD2 name, logo, design and the experiences we publish belong to MINDD2 and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep ownership of what you post in Community and allow us to display it to your connections.
8. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
MINDD2 is evolving. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in MINDD2. Continuing to use MINDD2 after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. ENDING YOUR USE
You can stop using MINDD2 at any time and can ask for your account to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
10. DISCLAIMERS
MINDD2 is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.
